Hey guys I thought I'd run this one by you.

I have put my home in New Smyrna Beach up for rent. It can be rented by the week or month. It's in an awesome location with
great fishing ( I mean some of the best Florida has to offer), 2 miles from Ponce Inlet (via boat), 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway,
45 minute to Cape Canaveral and 1 hour to Disney and all the other Orlando theme parks.

But the best thing is you can bring your boat, I have a 12,000# boat lift
(it will easily hold a 30' Grady or 34' Contender) or with
special arrangements I can accommodate up to 50 footer. It also has a fish cleaning table and bait frig.

If you have a bigger boat and would like it for 3 or 4 months I can arrange for a part time Captain and a maintenance program.
