They do. When you have other people paying and giving you things for free it changes the way you look at selling things. Also when your looking for a quick sale you price it to move.

I think the comment was pretty relevant. Why pay 200k+ for a new boat that is gonna drop like a rock. No one knows about the "free stuff" the owner is getting, all they see is the price. Why should u care, you're still gettin ten percent(er)
