A friend of mine just won a new 21' Contender set-up as part of the first place package of a fishing tournament. He already has a larger Contender and is interested in selling it below suggested retail. Virginia Beach Contender is going to broker the boat for him. I'm not exactly sure of the figures. I got the call while I was driving down the road but it seems to me that the package retails around 52K? and he was hoping for $47,900? I do remember him saying that he would entertain offers, though.

I spoke with David this morning, he said that dealer cost on that boat with the Yamaha 250 4-stroke, and trailer is 43K. I know that it also has factory-installed trim tabs and more. So, that gives you a ballpark idea, if you were to make an offer, his number is 757 650-4509 and don't forget to mention that you saw it on SFC...
