Marty,
I am seeing this. I have found most fishing sites to be pretty cool. Same goes for here. Unfortunately, there isnt much on here regarding my neck of the woods.

Scott, just hang in there,

Being from up in RI, there isn't a WHOLE lot going on here for up here either, but there's a lot to learn, and I have dragged a few locals here (Hang On, and a couple others), and have seen a few others on here (Mako Mike, who I have never met yet, but lives about 5-10 minutes from me).

Ahi, lots of big bass around early season up here, though the blues are starting to wreak havoc on eels, as well as the Federally Protected DOGFISH!

Trolling umbrellas and parachutes, Tube and Worm are producing well now.

Cod seems to be making a slow comeback locally, which is a good sign. Last year while tataug-in I pulled in several small cod, a very deep red color, representing the seaweed/rocks I pulled them from....this was close to shore, and unheard of. Talking to a Charter-friend, he said guys with fishtraps were finding the same thing, which is a good sign.

Fluking is starting to pick up, still a lot of smalls but lots of action yesterday! Must have pulled in over 2 dozen total, with 5 keepers, and a few blues to boot that made it to the freezer for sharkin.

Blue sharks all over, according to the reports. Arctek Jim went out Sunday on Reel Therapy and they released 15 Bluedogs, and had a couple other runoffs that didn't produce, one which was apparently a screamer

Some Threshers and Makos being caught but still out there in general. Slow season all-around but it'll happen.
