There is in fact two units that are available. They are both booked for the same week. If you were to buy both I would sell each at $1,250.00. This would allow at least 4 couples or more.
Subject to availability the date could be changed but would need to be in 2007.

There is one unit/week still available. $1000.00. That is less than $150/night for an Ocean View Luxury Suite !! It will accomodate 2 couples and has a mini kitchen.
