Time share in Cabo San Lucas available for sale, 25 years left, one floating week per year. This is a red week (the best) in the RCI program. The unit is a 1 bedroom suite at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. Maintenance fee is approx $850 a year. This is a beautiful resort right on the Pacific Ocean. It is listed with Time Shares Only so closing services and financing are avaiable if neccesary.

This year is already paid for and is included in the deal.

Asking $5,500.

I will also consider trade for offshore gear.

As a time share owner in Cabo myself, I can say that is a good deal.
If you were to buy as a new owner the cost would be at least double or triple.
You could expect to pay at least $2,500.00 just for a weeks rental at a resort like this.
