Hey Ted,

Crazy day today. The phone never stopped ringing. I think I talked to everyone except you today. Did you try to call?? I know I missed a lot of calls.

My apologies if you did try. Shoot me your phone number in a PM and I'll call you on my dime. Let me know what time is best.

Tight lines, Bob

`Bob, I owe you a steak dinner!! The latest referral you sent me (Matt *****) from Baltimore wants the boat. He is unable to come to the marina this weekend but is sending a $1000 deposit to hold the sale. I suggested that he send deposit to you through paypal . I hope that's ok with you and I explained to Matt that you were not my broker but that I thought he and I would be more comfortable if a third party would hold this deposit. I gave him your contact numbers and he should be contacting you today. Please let me know when he does contact you since I have two other referrals from you scheduled to lok at the boat this saturday and I am hesitant to contact them unless I know this guy is for real( he seemed like the real deal to me ).By the way, the guy from sweden is still interested but this is much simpler. I can't belive that I messed around with brokers and didn't know about your service before-it's the only way to go and I'll make sure that everyone I deal with knows about this!

The buyer did call me and is fedex overnighting a deposit on the boat.

AND THAT"S HOW IT'S DONE!!!

Get listed now. The buying is red hot right now. This is the best way to sell your boat. As stated by this customers email.

Hey Guys,

Got two more boats under contract this weekend!!! Selling is still red hot right now.

Haven't heard from many guys here lately

Everyone coming from all of the sites I have been a sponsor on for quite a while. I am guessing that some are still thinking "To good to be true" ??

Call me if that's what your thinking. Happy to answer any questions you might have.

What I am doing is really very simple. Ever heard of "forsalebyowner.com" ??

It is an alternative for folks selling their homes so they don't have to lose 6-8% to a realtor. After all the realtor doesn't sell the house really. It sells becuase it got on the MLS.

Same principal here. You don't need the broker, unless he has some magic want I don't lnow about.

All you need is a buyer. This is the same way that the broker or dealer will get a buyer for your boat. Except without a commission and I give you much more than what they use. Most BIG dealers do the same type of advertising as me except they generally only use a couple of the big sites and the rest are rinkydink.

My opinion is this: There is a guy out there looking for a boat just like yours. You just have to put your boat everywhere so he can't miss it. That simple.

Bob got a buyer for my Scout and it sold Friday. He put my boat in a number of places that I couldn't of done on my own. Got my boat a lot of exposure locally and out of the area. You get a lot of bang for the buck.

Gets a two thumbs up from me.
