For the fisherman, its one of the best features. Shady and dry in summer.

Yes. Its screened in on both ends and they called it a breezeway. It sort of puts both under one roof which is nice.

There is a large screened porch on the end where you can grill your catch and watch the sun go down over the river at the end of the day.

.....And no on the table It conveys as personal property.
