    This is a GREAT deal for the right person. I have stayed at the "fish camp" and it is the perfect, no-nonsense place to grill and chill after your fishing day. Plenty of room for your boat, gear and buddies too. Wish I could have gotten the old lady on board with buying the place!

    Thanks. I would keep it, but looks like I never will be back at this point. The real estate market is so bad down east, that the real estate company I had it listed with just closed its doors.
