Beach place 1.5 blocks to....

OK, here is the deal. I have a three bedroom 1 bath fully furnished unit deep into Wildwood Crest about 1.5 blocks to the beach and 1.5 blocks to Sunset Lake. The unit is priced just below $260,000.00. You can walk to Bayview Restaurant as we often do. I need a larger place for the kids, kid's friends, and extended family. I have found what my wife calls her dream house and need to sell this unit to make it happen.
