Anyone need a hull? 40ft Jersey

I'm going to try this for now unless I get the cash soon. I have a 1973 40 Jersey basically it is the hull and cabin/bridge. It was is the starting stage of being refinished and a divorce got in the way. The X left the parts and glass out in the yard I have 1 detroit 671tib ready to go in. The old blocks are still in the hull as well as 2 capital trannies. Looking for offers. It has been on land for almost 3 years. The lower cabin was removed and started with just the wood in place no glasswork. Hull is sound and it has full electronics. Its not pretty but can be and is a very good boat.

Its in Cape May Marine lot. Honestly I would hate to post pictures, pride if you know what I mean. It kills me to see this boat sit after all the good days I've had with thousands of customers over the years.

She needs two new powerhouses and I have one and access to the other with trannies. They are 671's in it but from 75 and have seen there days. It has everything else on it. Wheels, shafts, electronics. It needs a new cockpit deck not the supports and a fuel tank. The set of engines and trannies can be had for about $13,000.00. One has 150+ hours the other is fresh, just completed
