I have a couple stupid questions:

On an acid wrap, does it matter which way the guides bend around the blank? I have seen them both ways

Do you do underwraps on your jigging sticks, or leave them off for weight considerations?


At those prices, I am wondering why I bother to make my own

i usually go to the left with acid...it doesnt matter..
underwrap..YES. its pretty ..

most guys using budget rods, arent extremly worried about 1oz or less of underwrap thread.

yes they are a GREAT bargin. and blanks for anything from inshore striper to BIG tuna, sharks

.i can get the OTI sniper blanks..they just came in.
the 40-60# are avail now.
we are waiting for the 60-80#
hope to have soon.

it looks like the 8' 6" sniper blanks are about 150.
so depending on parts you choose would depend on price.
