Accurate 665 on an OTI 660g Jigging Rod

Guys,

I have an Accurate 665H on an OTI 600g jigging rod for sale. The package comes with a Get Strapped Bracket to enable use with a harness. It is loaded with 65 pound PowerPro.

The reel has just come back from it's annual service from Accurate, so it is a "10" mechanically. The reel has very, very minor scratches. The rod has some minor damage at the bottom of the grip from sticking it into a rod holder to quickly. It can be easily sanded smooth. I tried to capture it in the photos. Other than that the rod is in good shape.

What's the max drag on the reel?

Accurate says to keep it at 20 pounds on strike. I don't know what it will turn at full. I would guess 30...

Some guys crank it higher, but I would plan on this being a 20 pound strike reel.

If you are going conventional, then Accurate is the reel to go with. The other reels in it class are "exotics." In other words limited supply and disribution reels....

The widely distrubuted brand alternatives are heavier and bulkier, therefore harder to jig with. Accurate gives you the most power and capacity in the smallest package of all mass market (that you don't have to send to Japan to get fixed) reels.
