Its eather a 4x4 or all wheel drive which is it all wheel drive suck for the beach

Ford Does not make an All wheel drive option for an expedition. So it is a a 4x4 shift on the fly, and on the fly means under 55mph.

sorry guys for the conflicting info...I'm not mechanically inclined...its says on one of the 4x4 switch options A-W-D...I just assumed that meant all wheel drive...it was never used on the beach but works great in the snow...This truck is too nice to beat up on!!

It's a 4.6....I bought this truck from its original owner in 9-06 with 89k on it. My wife only uses it to drive the kids around or go to the shore. The reason I am selling is that my wife is returning to work and taking a job 1hr away and we need something with a little better gas mileage (e.g a 4 cyl car). I love this truck and it is very clean and has been professionally maintained like all my vehicles/boat..I'm in NE philly...call me with any questions 215-327-1776..thanks Joe C
