6 -130 Tiagra Combos

Selling 6 130 Tiagra combos originally purchased from Anglers Center in Newport Beach, CA. The gear is lightly used and has been in storage since the boat sold in 2007. Retail price: Rods are $850, Reels are $1249, line is $229 per reel so $13,968 retail. I'm asking $8,000.00 Buyer pays shipping costs.

Reels: Shimano Tiagra 130's. 3 of the reels have the new style handle and 3 have the old style handle. They were all bought right when shimano changed out the handle style (not sure the time frame on that, 2005ish?) The reels are spooled with IGFA 130 lb Amilan. The reels have been lightly used and show very well. They are in perfect mechanical condition. They each come with a cover.

Rods: Rods were made at Anglers Center in Newport Beach, CA. They are the unlimited series with black and gold color scheme and do not have a boat name on them. I'm pretty sure they are calstar blanks with AFTCO Black/Gold "Big Foot" guides. Length is 7'6". Anglers Center just changed their website so I don't have a link to the rods. The rods are equipped with AFTCO curved stora-butts made to be used in a chair. The rods are in great condition with just a few scatches here and there, probably won't be able to see them after I wax them.

Since I live close to Shimano's Irvine, CA center I will have the reels serviced for the new buyer to ensure that they are getting reels that are 100%. Its going to cost about $300 to do this.
