I have decided to change directions and get a go fast boat and sell my 1975 28' Bertram Flybridge. I have repainted the boat from the rubrail up as well as removed the old fiberglass fuel and installed a new aluminum 165 gallon fuel tank and recored and glassed the deck hatches. The boat has a total of 3 fuel tanks consisting of 2 side 30 gallon tanks and a center 165 gallon tank for a total of 225 gallons. Pics of this can be seen here Some winter project pics
The boat is powered by twin 350 gas motors one being a vortech 310hp motor with 50 hrs on it and the other being a standard 260 hp with approximately 700 hrs on it. I have new 310 hp motor in the shop that will go with the boat that I was planning on putting in it this winter. The boat comes with a bimini top with 3 sided enclosure that is 2 yrs old and Lee 19ft single spreader riggers. The rudders have been changed to the oversize rudders. The boat sits on a 04 triple axle continental trailer that pulls great. Interior wise its stock with a head and a microwave. Asking $20,000.

cdail,
That would make someone a nice rig if they had the money and time. If they were to put in a pair of 250 hp, 4cyl Cummin's D Serie's engines in her that would be very cheap boat to fish out of, as far as fuel cost goes. Good luck with the sale. Frank,SeaPower
