Wow...that is a great deal.

I had lunch at Stripers last month for the first time and it was the best food I've had down there. The marina was top notch, the people were awesome and the slips looked very well protected. I wandered around a little, since it was my first trip to that marina and was very impressed. The condos looked new and it felt very open. Stone's throw over to OI and the blue water.

Your price seems low,these should both go fast. Good luck!

Are there any maint fees ?

Mackey, Yes there is a $105 a month maintenance fee which covers:

Dock Maintance: Docks, Pillings, Water, Lighting pedistals, Covered Fish Cleaning Station (This is the nicest fish cleaning station around and fees cover fish carcuss removal)

Access and use of 3 story club house which has a lounge area with couches, Cable TV, Fridge and has the cleanest showers you will ever see in a marina. 2nd story has a work out area over looking the pool & hot (Which you have access to). This is looked by a code system.

Includes keeping the property up keep like landscaping, roads...

The marina usualy has the lowest price in town for Diesal and Gas.

Oh Yeah STRIPERS is the bomb for seafood which overlooks the marina.

Super marina. I have them listed below market value for quick sale. I had a piston shoot threw one of my engine blocks and $40K later. Well you can guess from there. The slip are listed in Shallowbag for $1900 a foot. Do the math.
