23' Parker for sale

I'm posting this for a friend of mine who is in the hospital. It is currently at Sturgis Marine in Seaford, DE. Their link is:

I know there is a furuno radar(1621) and a chartplotter.

The motor is a 225 yamaha offshore series. Not sure of the hours.

I will find out a little more in the next few days when I can speak to him, or you can call Sturgis.

I've been on this boat and it is well worth the price.

He is asking $23,500.

Sorry, the motor is a saltwater series, not an offshore series. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I don't want anyone to think it is the wrong thing.

The parker is a 1998, the trailer is a 1996 load-rite with an electric winch.

It includes an Icom VHF.
