Hey guys....

3 years ago I finished my parents basement in their new home, and included an awesome 210gallon (72''x30''x24'') that has built in overflow boxes and all the bells and whistles. The tank was brand new, as was everything I am about to list.

This setup includes:

-Tank- with build in overflow boxes and 1/2'' glass
-huge protein skimmer
-6' light fixture including six 96w power compact lights 4 10k's and 2 blue actinics.
- (2) 3600gallon per hour Mag drive pumps that are super quiet and energy efficient
-200lb of Fiji and Tonga Live rock
-200lb of live reef sand
-two 100 gallon ribbermaid containers which are used for my sump and refugium
-nets, reef supplements, cleaning products, siphons, dip trays, etc.
-the Whole tank is custom plumbed by me in schedule 40 1'' pvc.
-lots of livestock (kole tang, hippo tang, wrasses, damsels, clowns, hawfish, snails, crabs, etc.
-mag float glass cleaner
-RO/DI 75 gallon per day water maker

More stuff to list I could go on and on.

This setup has costs me thousands (5-6k+) and my parents are selling their house. I am under the gun to break it down, sell the stuff, and patch up their wall before the sale, so as you can see, I am up for negotiations.

Any reef hobbyist knows what kind of value I have just listed, and if you are new to the game and want to get into it with a big tank, this is the score of a lifetime! (Just so you new guys know, the bigger the tank the easier it is the keep expensive livestock alive) so if you are into a big tank, this is the one for you.

Everything is in mint condition, I consider myself a pretty advanced reef keeper, and I take good care of my stuff. I will try to upload photos when I head over to their house Wednesday, but in the mean time give me a shout or pass this on to anyone interested.

I want to sell as a whole package, but I will sell stuff separately if need be.

I want to see 2 grand for everything, including me breaking down the setup and helping you get it up and running without losing fish or livestock. I will even help you transport my water so it is a seamless move without the tank cycling.
