yeah it is its not mine but i am looking into it. 12k seems not even close to what it should be selling for. the prices ive seen for a similar boat are close to 40k.

yeah it does sound pretty shady i looked up the shipper that his weird ebay link says would handle shipping from dallas and i could find nothing about it anywhere online. i do believe this is a scam the guy says he is in an oil rig in the north atlantic. when u search for the listing on ebay nothing comes up either. Loafn what else did the guy say to you that would lead you to believe its a scam.

I reported the fraudulant CS scam and did much the same as yourself by contacting the seller.Was listed throughout US Craigslist and now is flagged for removal.
Be very very cautious of such "deals" as this seller indicated she had moved to Spain.Spain is considered one of the fraud capitals.Her emails were prompt giving the hull hid # only .She never responded to proof of ownership documents,engine serial numers,Best Shipping DOT tracking #.
Pay Pal does not protect boat purchases.Buy locally if possible or hire a professional boat surveyor to help protect yourself.

I also emailed her she said she moved to england. The boat was in Maine with a shipping company named Autocarex Transporters. If you google the boat model the same exact boat will come up for sale by a boat broker American marine.
