I can see it's dangerous for you, but if the government trusts me, maybe you could.
Too funny...well, actually NOT funny. I was looking at a 22' Carolina Sea Chaser Bay boat for $2,800 on Craigslist in Dec. Here's his response when I asked if that was the actual price:
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in buying my boat. Let me tell you a few words about the boat. It's a 2003 CAROLINA SKIFF 220 SEA CHASER in perfect condition, with no need for additional repairs, no scratches, dings, special marks whatsoever, never been involved in any accidents. It has a clear title ready to be signed and notarized on your name. The price is $2,800.00 is my last price.I sell the boat at this price because I cannot enjoy it due to my job(I work as an FBI agent and I was deployed in Canada for unknown period) and I'm a single man and I have nobody close who can use it.
All documents, including owner's manual, clear title and a bill of sale on your name will be provided along with the boat. Also about payment and shipping I will use only Google Checkout that works with DAS shipping so we can both be protected. If you are still interested please let me know.(with no further obligation or fees).Joseph Rivers
I assumed it was a misprint as well...this wasn't or isn't a 40k boat, but, should be listed around 13k. Scam...??
