I am sad to say it, but I am selling my 2000 Hydra Sports 2596 Vector w/ Twin 2000 Evinrude 225 Ficht's (1015 hours). These engines have had all the bugs worked out of them and run flawless trip after trip.
Boat is 26' 2" with a 9' 7" beam.

July 2010 New bottom paint. I sanded the old bottom paint off down to the Gel-coat before I put the new paint back on.

Also comes with a 11,000 lb capacity aluminum trailer w/ 2 spares. All springs, hubs, brakes and hardware are new on the trailer as of 2009. In 2010 I installed all new aluminum cross bar supports, Stainless hardware, front and rear bunks and galvanized mounting hardware.
Full custom cover for the entire boat. There is also a cover for the leaning post and the center console.

The boat is in excellent condition but does need some upolstry work done on the leaning post. Other then that it needs absolutely nothing at all. This is a serious offshore fishing boat. It has all the options on it from Hydra Sports. I have put countless hours over the years of getting it just the way I want it. This would be a perfect setup for somone looking to get into offshore fishing without spending a fortune. She does anywhere from 1.2-1.7 MPG. Typical day offshore, 150 miles round trip in 3-5' seas will be about 100 gallons loaded with ice, tackle and 4 people. 4200 RPM cruise at 30 knots. Awesome solid riding boat, dry and safe.

Engines run perfect and have no problems at all.
I am selling it because I am looking for a bigger boat.

This boat raises fish and billfish have no problem coming up in the wash to eat the flat lines.
You won't find another 2596 on the market with this electronics package in this condition in this price range.

August 2010 mainenance has been performed. I installed new water pumps, lower unit oil, spark plugs and fuel water seperators.
