I bought this boat new in 1997 and I have meticulously maintained and customized her. She has been acid washed and waxed every spring and washed after every use.
The engine has been flushed with fresh water for a minimum of 10 minutes every time it has touched the water. The engine oil and lower unit oil have been changed every fall and all scheduled maintenances have been performed. The engine is currently getting its 100 hour service so the new owner won't have to do it. The wife has given the ok to go bigger so all I need now is to sell her. This is definately the cleanest and well equipted 20' out there.

She is all waxed and ready to go fishing. A full 82 gallons of gas too. At over $3 a gallon and the very fuel efficent Suziki four stoke, somebody is going to get a great all around boat.
