I have 2 used tyrnos 30 single speed reels that are in great condition. 3 years old and have not seen alot of action.They are both spooled with 80 lb power pro braid and brand new 80 lb suffix monofilament wind-on leaders. The reels are made of an aluminum frame and graphite side plates with aluminum covers. I have religiously cleaned these reels and rods(greased, oiled, scrubbed and corrosion protection) inside and out 3 times a year for the last 3 years. They are matched with Bass Pro Ocean Master Rods which retail for $140.00 plus tax each. The rods have aluminum gimbal butts and two aftco heavy-duty roller guides and three Fuji ring guides. I have caught everything from monster kingfish, to trophy Mahi to 80 lb yellowfin tuna to 200 lb sharks on these rod/reel setups. They really are great and versatile rod/reel combos. The reels retail for $260.00 plus tax each. The rods are in great condition as well and have also been serviced annually. The entire price of this setup brand new is $940.00(reels, rods, line, wind-ons) and with tax that is easily over $1000.00. I am selling this whole setup(2 identical rods matched with 2 identical reels, with line and wind-on leaders) for $550.00.
