I am postinig this for a friend. I have looked at the boat and its a greatboat and a great steal. I does need to be cleaned up..wash....compound ...wax..other than that its great boat. Owner has another boat and only used this a few times a season.

1. 1988 Wellcraft Center Console. 24 Ft. (second owner..bought her about 1990.
2. 1998 Mercury 225 2 Stroke Outboard (I bought it new in 98). Serviced Chatham Boat every year but last. (got Local Mech to winterize her).
3. Solid with no stress cracks.
4. Engine Hours...not certain...but only used her 5 to 6 times a year for fishing and Lobster traps, etc. A workboat with few hours on the engine. I have another boat.
5. MPH...about 40 MPH open. Fuel 180 Gallons.

---Great Storage and best boat / hull for rough water..can handle anything.
---Wash Down pump (raw water) ...did not use..might not be working.

TRAILER...is a 2007 all Alum. Tandem.with sealed bearings ...float on. Purchased now in Orleans for about $3800....Mack Truck repair place on 6A. Used in /out once per year..no travel
