12 volt Craftsman drill

I have a 12 volt craftsman 3/8 drive drill for sale with the case and charger, but NO battery. I priced the battery on sears website at 40 dollars.

I am looking to get 25 for the drill case and charger- if you are in OC or DE I can meet you, anywhere else you pay to ship it.

Drill is in great condition, batteries were beat.
