1996 sylvan 23' offshore fishing boat Vehicle Description This boat is in great shape. The motor was replaced 3 years ago. It has about 250 hours on it. I just gave it a tune up with plugs, and wirers, i also just put a new computer in it. Boat runs great. Very reliable! Boat comes with to big john down riggers(electric) and some weights. I will throw in the life jacket and anchor. I just put in a live well pump. New ship to shore radio. Just had it winterized. Four new tires on the trailer, also changed two of the hubs and all new bearings over the summer. New trolling plate. This boat will troll down to .8 mph and will run 45 mph on calm water. Boat has a high keel and only seat 14" to 18" in the water. Very Safe For Children! I am selling the boat because I am moving. New Batteries
