Are you a 10%er?

Read an article today that said "10% of fishermen catch 90% of the fish that are caught. And that the 10%ers are born with the ability to catch fish better than others. I'm sure most of you guys fall into the 10% as I feel that I do compared to 90% of the people I fish with. I would love to hear some opinions/comments on this.

Interesting Trey. I think a lot of it has to do with how much a person fishes. I fish about about 50% of my time where most people fish maybe 1 to 2% of their time. With that being said, I should catch catch a lot more fish as I fish almost 500% more that the average person, same as you. Guess it is all in how we look at it.

I think it's pretty much like a friend of mine summorized hunting; he said there are alot of guy's that like to hunt, but few are hunter's. Fishing is the same way I think. It does take a natural ability to recognise the detail's that are all around us. In this day of satelite shot's, GPS chartplotter's (fingertip navigation), etc.... I believe we tend to NOT pay attention to the very thing's that made us better fisherman in the past, before we had all this info at our fingertip's. JMO, Frank

Do you have any pictures of some of that 10% non catfish catch. I cannot recall you posting anything but catfish.
