Who is the bug and who is the windshield...?

With unseasonably warm weather out here in the Midwest, Jody and I decided to venture down to the lake yesterday. Although temps were mild, wind was blowing 20+ all day with gust nearing 30. We did manage a couple largemouth bass and a couple channel cats, so, the day was not a total loss. The highlight of the trip was what we found while cruising between spots. It's not uncommon to find an occasional "floater" on the lake, but, as we got closer to this one, what we found was pretty cool. This guy took a chance and literally, bit off more than he could chew. Firmly imbedded inside he's mouth was a very feisty 10" channel cat...nicely wedged in a 3 point stance...pectoral and dorsal fins deployed.

Your too busy taking pictures. Btw...I bet no one is happier than you to have digital technology...you would have burned up a few hundred miles of 35mm film the last few weeks.

Not to wake the "sleeping giant," but, I think Frank's problem is finding someone to develop his Kodak Disk...
