    After picking threw about 30+ short Gags we had two keepers for some Grouper tacos and then this guy swam too close to the boat.

    Lots of really big AJs very close to the beach but they were finicky as heck. Topwater plug finally fooled one about 40lbs but had ones twice that size chasing the plug to the boat.

    Sweet cobia. I have been sprinkling mine with lowery's, coating with mayo and cooking open face on the grill. Comes out really, really good.

    Capt John, that's one of my five new prototype blanks. Light as air and strong as heck. This 7' model is the lightest (3.5oz) and 15-25lb rated. It caught the 40lb AJ on the popper too. Whooped a huge Fat Albert this week also.

    I'm gonna try that Jim. I've got plenty.
