To all... I strongly suggest that you try to attend this event if you are anywhere near Kent Island on the 16th of Feb.

It has the best fly anglers... not the best story tellers.. the best BS artists ..or the best marketers... the best fly anglers in the mid-atlantic region. Plus... where else can you go in one day and cast every Gloomis, Sage, St Croix, and Temple Fork for 2008? Then when your arm is tired... sit down next to Popovics, Buzzi, Silverio, and Farrar and talk fly patterns..
I have guys coming from the finger lake region of upstate NY, NC, Va Beach, Joisey (YEAH YEAH), DE... you name it. No excuses.. you wanna put away the homo egg beater rods and learn to fish like a real man... well then I guess I'll see ya on the 16th.

We're movin on up Flies..
They will have your beer.. but.. they will also have great food and even mixed drinks.. If there is a limp body in the grass by the water... just roll me over to scare the seagulls away.. You'll know it's me by the empty bottle of Maker's Mark on my chest.

Hey Jake,
When ya get there.. look for me and I'll bring ya over and introduce you to Lefty.
He's a very special person to our sport. I'm sure he'd like to shake your hand. He feels the same way I do about kids and fly fishing. You are our future... we gotta teach ya the right way.
Also... stop by the addictive fly fishing booth.. Me and my friend George are just launching the website.. Bring Pat over and you guys can pick out some flies for OC this summer.... on da house of course... then set aside a little time for the casting seminar in the afternoon..
It's gonna be a good day bud.
