sorry i have not posted in a million years. in oc it looks like the fall is starting to begin. we are seeing increases #s of lil rockfish. in the last few months pat, brad, and i have been catching many keeper flounder at night. hopefully i can try out some of those new flies. i have also caught many little bluefish, shad, and perch on the fly. although they are all prettty little, they are still a great way to try out new patters, new retrieves, etc. i would really like to go to the fly convention thing.... when is it?

No sorry needed. If I had fishing like you do in my backyard and two buddies to fish with I'd never be home on the computer.

Tiefest '08 should be in February when it's nice and chilly.

I'll be sure to make a post once it's date is finalized.

Don't worry that it's at a Yacht Club!!! No finger sandwiches will be served!! It's still burgers and beer... soda for you Jake.

thanks guys. about the reel: have not tried it yet but i defiunately plan to soon with the rockfish this fall/winter. i did some research on the reel and i found out it was incredibly nice. thanks again.
