I had a great time at the show on Friday. Our club had a table where we were tying flies to raise funds for a Casting for the Cure program that our club will be running later this year. For those that have the time they have number of great seminars.

The show is what you make of it. There are always enough places to buy what ever fly tying materials you need. Even having enough materials to last me the rest of my life, I found another $80.00 of stuff.

There was enough of everything to make for a good show and worth while going too. I believe about half our club members attended during the three days and they all enjoyed it. I couldn't imagine a January without the Fly Show.

Got to see a lot of friends from other clubs, talk and watch some tiers tie some patterns that I might like to tie. I can always something new to see and learn. As far as fly fishing goes it is the best show in town and always gets me excited about fishing for the new year.

Even got to see some of my clients who where there and enjoyed the day with the guys working booth.

Here are some pictures of our set up before the show started and even one of me tying a freshwater fly. (If you can believe that)
