I am sure they will catch. Looks like a lot of extra bucktail sticking out of the bottom of the fly. Is that by design or just how you they came out. If not, you might make a more rounded fly by spreading the material around the hook shank. That way you can use less material and still get a larger profile fly that will be easy to cast.
I always say saltwater fish are not all that fussy. If it looks anything like a bait fish they will eat it up. If you are having fun and catching that is all that counts. You will find that the more you tie the better you get and the more refined your flies will look. Keep at it.
It's great that you are getting into fly tying.
I'd suggest a few things..
First, start with the basics. Like tying a wooly bugger and a clouser. Those two flies will teach you the building blocks for hundreds of other patterns. Things like crowding the eye, proper placements, and tracking will all become more clear.
You will end up saying money by using less material...
