Got here a little late in the AM but still got in a good day of pre-fishing. Found a spot with some good fish in it on the second place we looked and we'll see how it holes. Mike had one that was 22 & 7/8 and was 5.3 on the scales. Tomorrow is another day, oh and ya, he smoked me fishing today...

There was a nice welcome party when we got to our KOA cabin on the lake, this will be our home for the next few days, lake front view..

More to come from today, which was my day to shine but we just walked into the door and it will be tomorrow before I post them, needless to say, were a little tired after being on the water sunup to sunset...

Thanks everyone, we did not do well at all there even with 78+ hours of prefishing. All but 1 of our fish were over slot on tournament day. Congrats to Renni and Drew for their 6th place finish which keeps them in the Team of the Year race...

Some great fishing down there as usual. I still like the winter fishing there better. We caught pretty much all overslots except for a few that we left alone the 2 days prior and then turned around and caught nothing over 25 on tourny day. Had 5 that were 23-23.5" that just wouldn't measure. You never know that place will bite you on any given day with that small of a slot.
