    New Rod/Reel Help

I want to buy a new fly rod and reel, but I'm not really sure what to get? I want to catch alot of rockfish, bluefish, flounder, spadefish, and triggerfish but right now I only have a cheap combo I bought from Gander mtn(the rod tip broke and the drag on the reel is broken as well). I want to buy a decent rod and reel that will last me a while but won't empty my bank account. I could really use some help

How much do you want to spend. Empty pockets is a relative term...
    Total? $300? $400?
