As I was prepping for work this morning, I was checking out some MirrOlures in a catalog there. I noticed they have a lumo series.

What finish works best in what conditions? Is there one finish the rules overall.

Even though I don't spend much/any time in the backwaters, I am always interested in finishes and how they can be applied as I expand what I am doing.

I have two of that exact one. Have caught several specks and pups on it this year. That lure sinks so slow it hurts. But because you can work it so slowly makes it effective. When they are eating bunker it is very effective.

Humm, help me out a little, what are you refering to? The finish on the MirrOlure its self? as I understand it, the lumo series refers to the foil that is inside the loure...
One of the newest and the least known about MirrOlures is the L29MR Crankbait. We have caught some great fish on this one, click on MirrOlure in my signature to see it as there are some things that MirrOlure are very hard to find on it, this is 1 of them.

As said, when the fish are on the small Porgies, this MR 17 can't be beat...

Next week when things slown down, I will go over some basic "dirty water" colors with pictures for you guys...
