Looking for a few good Fly Rodders

Last May we fished the canyons with some of the most incredible football tuna action of the year. 50-60 fish per trip were common. It got to the point where we would troll Two hookless Rasta Bars and wait for the explosions to happen and start throwing the poppers. Judging by this years weather patterns and sst images combined with what is going down in NC right now, I have a feelin this year is gonna be a repeat.

So I figure this might be an offshore flyrodders perfect chance to catch some nice yellowfins and bluesfins fly rodding. BTW - I have no clue how to flyfish I just think it would be cool to see you guys hook into one of these little cannon balls and hang on. So who's in? Beside sikorski of course. I know he's in.

BTW - I am not a charter boat. this is just an offer to have some new folks come join me on the tuna action. I will keep track of whats going on and when the bite gets going good I will set it up.

thnaks for the invite, but my time is gonna be tied up between the chesapekae and offshore cape may. i got a new boat and so did my bud. thnak you so much for the offer. it you weren't so far south i would be more able to join ya. morehead is a little too far for a wekennd trip. thnaks a lot though sounds awesome. hoping to get that action out of cape may.

I would absolutely love to hook into some YFT w/my 14 wt. I am a seasone offshore ho as well, but can never seem to get out with anyone who is fly-friendly. I will gladly put up more than my share of expenses, can work a spread till we get our limit, then destroy some whippy sticks. Have a ton of offshore flies/offshore gear/ will travel. Am available during the week for quick decisions. I also will gladly let you take a shot (my rods have lifetime no/fault warrantees-you break one-no big deal)
