Town Cove behind Goose Hummock will work for ya. You can make your way out towards the inlet...plenty of area to fish out there and that marsh holds some big cows that come and go with the tide. You can also speak to Fran or Mike at the Goose and they will help you out to. Another spot is in Eastham. Take Hemmingway Landing RD, which is right after Fort Hill. Hemmingway Landing will take you right to town cove and the inlet but the paddle will not be as far as if you left behind the Goose. You will need a parking sticker at the landing.

If you go to the Goose PLEASE listen to the suggestions they give, ESPECIALLY when they tell you you stay out of the marked channels! I can't tell you how many times I've almost run over people who stray into the channel. There's a reason Town Cove regulars call the Goose's yak rental fleet speed bumps. How'd the trip go Chum???

Great. That is a start. I will try that place and... Will do my best not to become a speed bump

Anyone else have any good places?

I've taken many big bass in the marsh. Try drifting a soft shell green crab. You can catch them at low tide at any of the bay beaches. The stripers think they are candy. Another good kayak spot is Paine's Creek beach in Brewster. I've done real well there as well.

    Hope this helps,

Check the tides at Woods Hole and when you have a slack hussle over to Hadleys Harbor and yak inside Naushon. Georgeous places up inside. Just plan CAREFULLY around the Woods Hole tides or you'll be visiting MV at no choice of your own.
