Fished with my buddy All Day Ray, while waiting for him to pick me up I caught a 15" fat Flounder on a MirrOlure from my dock .......

Headed to the rock jetty, trolled a channel near inlet & caught a 10" Pinfish on the same MirrOlure, a few Lizards & missed a Trout. Switched to grubs, more Lizards, a few Blues & Sea Robin ........
Got to the jetty trolling MirrOlures without a bite, except for more Lizards & Small Blues ........

Switched back to grubs, finally found the Trout, landed a 20" .
Missed about 5 between Ray & myself ........ ICM

im waiting for some favorable conditions to try the surf again here....this hard NE and SW is for the birds on our stretch of beach. i know the fish are there though.

pretty good catching going on inside from the boat. topwater bite fired off sunday for me and Biscuit. good catches on the mirrolures too. real nice grade of fish....dont' think we have had a fish less than 16" yet and plenty over 20" with a few studs mixed in.

jesse, have you heard word of a big fish coming from the bogue sound area in the last week or so? big as in 16 lbs big?
