whole second week of novemer (both weekends surrounding) im gonna go hard at it and see what comes of it.

jesse, have you heard word of a big fish coming from the bogue sound area in the last week or so? big as in 16 lbs big?

yeah heard it was all bs out of a gill net. theres been some guys from FL this year running the HELL outa gill nets all up and down the beach, the bicatch is utterly disgusting. and throwing the damn anchors almost ON the beach..makes me sick.

Today Catch - 1 Lizard, 1 small Flounder & 1 very aggresive #8 Blue ( left them biting ).....all released on David's side of the boat .....

Got a late day call from a buddy about some Sheepshead hanging around his dock ....... Not for long !

Mark's first drop & it's a 4lb. with only 24 Fiddler Crabs for bait, it took me to number 22 to finally hook up & land my smaller 3lb. ....... ICM

fished the stop net this evening for an hour or so, few fish caught, nothing monstrous, current was running hard westlery and water was off color.

i watched them put the net out when i first go to work this morning on the oceanview deck ,figure tomorrow morning will be good (might have to be late )
