How many guys here tie flies???

How about a fly swap? Aren't they usually done during the winter?

First 10 folks tie 9 flies and send them to me. I then package the flies up and get them out to the participants. Last time I organized one everyone threw in $2-3 bucks for shipping.

Any recommendations for a theme? How about your favorite Striper fly.

Dave it is still fishing season! With this warm weather fishing might stay good until Feb. Might be tough fishing in a flatsboat! Might have to bundle up. Might be interested later but I hate to tie too many of the same fly. I tend to like to make each different other than a few styles.

I know I know....I get all wrapped up in blamming stuff this time of year and forget about our fine finned friends. I guess I am jumping the gun yet again.

I'll bring it back up in Feb. Hell I'll have enough bucktails by then to just have a bucktail swap!!!
