Harkers Albies movie
Hi everyone!! I guess a lot of you have wondered what happened to me in the last month. I've been guiding for False Albacore out Cape Lookout N.C. Sorry that I have not been on the board but I don't have much access to the web when I'm there. Anyway I managed to get home for Thanksgiving and make this movie for all of you to see how I've be doing. I'm heading back in a couple of hours from now after getting this posted to get back to fishing and ready to start guiding duck hunting.
Albacore fishing was a lot of fun this year but "Mother Nature" was not as kind to us as it was in the past. On the other hand the Speckle Trout fishing ( 3 pounds and over ) has been off the charts when "Mother nature" would not let us chase the Albacore.
Have some great dates open for the BIG Trout fishing and the duck hunting. Let me know by phone.
Hope you enjoy the picture movie I made and as in BOX STYLE...CRANK THIS MUDDIER UP!!

Thanks for the cool pics captain Lee. Nice to hear a little "dated" Moody Blues too. Fall at Harker's is indeed very special. Getting ready to go off the charts soon!
Good luck on the birds, but don't forget to look up the gator specks, cold water fat alberts, knothead black bass and topwater shoal stripers, while you're up there.

Capt. Lee, splendid shots, as always. I particularly liked the way you edited the yellow out of my teeth. However, I was saddened to see that there were no shots of the rather large fish taken in the beach slough while you were bumping the boat along the sandbar maybe 10yds from the beach in 18-20 knots, a mere breeze. I do appreciate, that you put us within our casting distance, at the time, of maybe 25ft. In the future, I would hope that you would direct the fish to run either fore, or aft of the vessel..........and not under the vessel in such shallow water. Thank you mon JimBob

Very nice! Looks like some super fishing. Guys from our fly club trailered down there on their yearly trip, but had bad weather for the whole time and only got a few fish. The action is usually great like what you showed. That has to be one of the best places to fish for Albacore as you don't have to run far off shore. Great shots and a nice presentation. Now if you could only get the sound of those reels screaming out drag. That would would really get the blood flowing.

One of these years I'll get down there for them. I think I have too many hobbies and not enough time.
