Well almost after 5 weeks on the road, it is good to be back home. For the last week, I have been fishing out a Marshalburg and Jacques (Merry Marlin) was once again kind enough to open his house to me to work out of while I pre-fished, words can never thank him enough for this.
A big shout goes out to No Excuses (Mike Pedersen of Riley Rods ) for making me the best Redfish rods ever made. Nice to take a knif to a gun fight and win...
Another shout out to my fishing partner in the Redfish Action tournaments, Alex Mercer who did a great job on landing his fish as our double that we weighed for 11.75 pounds that landed us in 5th place and me receiving the "Top Senior Angler" award. Also for putting up with one of the most demanding fishing partners he will ever have. On my boat, 110% is where we start at, it goes up from there...thanks Alex for giving it your all...
