OK...well Lee and I were chatting today and we decided a nice fish that almost all on SF.com should have a shot at is a good ole Flounder.
This swap will be FLOUNDER FLIES.
That means flies that you've caught a flounder on before, or a fly you think will work....no pressure, flatties LOVE TO EAT.
Once we have a list together I'll take care of the organization.
Let's shoot for 8 people....therefore...you tie 7 flies and send them to me. Once I get them all I send you a pack of 7 different flies.
FLIES SHOULD BE PACKED IN PLASTIC BAGS WITH SIMPLE INGREDIENTS LISTS AND INSTRUCTIONS.
It's best to use a padded envelope or a small box from the post office. You will get your flies back in the box/envelope you send them to me in. You should also include $2-3 to cover shipping.

Folks, your patients would be greatly appreciated. I have only been fly fishing one year and have only targeted stripers and specks so far. That said, I do tie my own flies and i am interested in the swap. I just have absolutely no idea what fly i would tie to participate.

OMC.....no hurry I know you're busy. We'll say flies due by March 10th unless someone needs more time.
Blake...Like I said above, no pressure, flounder love to eat. Tie something you know.....You're in.
Jake...Yes, all the flies should be alike. Let's say you're doing a clouser with lead eyes....if one has gold eyes, and one has white eyes, no big deal. The general pattern should be the same though.
