Mine are going to be kinda of a "spoon" type of fly. I made a video of it and have pictures but sence my computer got horse jacked![]()
I'm not sure when I can get it posted.
I'll be tying a rattle fly with orange bucktail and gold mylar tubing.
Just want to double check on the number of flies. Please confirm we are send eight or nine?
Bendbacks are tied (made ten to be safe), should have the heads epoxied WED night.
This may sound strange but I have never caught a flounder on a fly. That said I tie a lot of bucktails - 1/4 ounce head on 7/0 hooks for folks. As a joke I gave a guy my "super fly" - a 10/0 bucktail deceiver. In one day he caught six flounder on it and two those fished were bigger than 6 pounds. I have tied these bendbacks in that color pattern.

8 flies should be sent.

I was wondering if there was still room/time to get into this swap. I have never done a swap before but really want to get into it. For flounder (fluke) I can make either a flash shrimp, weighted sandeel or epoxy minnow. All have worked for me here on Long Island. My email address is bwilson1278@hotmail.com. let me know the details as to where I have to send the info (if I can get in on this)
Thanks

Has anyone already mailed their flies in?
I made an extra couple of flies so it is fine with me. Plan to mail mine this weekend or MON. Just let me know if it is now 9, or if we are sticking to the original 8..
David is in Vegas for the weekend...Poor him...
I dont see a problem with adding another person. I can tie a ninth fly. If anyone does have a problem or has already sent their flies, dont worry about it. The last guy will just get a few less flies in return. This ok with everyone??
