Sure...but not neccesary. Very few tiers will tie the same fly the same way.

Mine will be a sparse clouser variation that caught my biggest flounder to date....23"-released ...no cooler.

my flies will be a deciever like pattern.. chart. DNA, yellow feathers, and black bucktail....

tied up 9 sierra dog specials . they are part clouser/ part charly. i originally tied a small bone fish version with my old shepador's fur. it was quite neat in the water as it trapped air bubbles along the fur. it must have been the oil repellancy in her coat. these flies are larger with estaz and woodduck and alittle red fox . i think they mimic a shrimp/crab/sand flea. i put a little orange in some of them after omc,s recommendation on orange with the flounder , hope you guys like them......
