Chloe (my youngest daughter) and I went out tonight to look for Peanut Bunker for our beach charter in the morning. Andy (my buddy) called and said he had seen a large school of them earlier in the day. We checked a few spots, but didn't find any. The tide was still up pretty high, so they are normally harder to find.
We also looked for Stripers in a few spots. Our last stop of the night was the one. We cast around the structure and nailed Bass after Bass. It was an absolute blast! Chloe was loving it! She reeled in 3 of the 5 we caught. She even held two for photo's, and kissed the first one for luck before releasing it. Of course I missed that photo op. Looking forward to many more fishing adventures with my girls throughout the years to come!
