Here is some information on the 4th Annual Women's Fly-Fishing School at Pond's Resort and a picture of the 2006 class.

Pond’s Resort on the Miramichi has been offering classic fly-fishing adventures since 1925 and women anglers are frequent visitors to the salmon pools of our river. For the last three seasons women from throughout North America have joined the fellowship of what they have dubbed "Broads with Rods"!

From June 15 - 17, 2007, the experienced Guides and fly-fishing instructors of Pond’s offer a unique three-day program, exclusively for women on the technique, the detail and the pure enjoyment of this sport. There’s no experience necessary, except for an enthusiasm to join the ranks of fly-fishers around the world.
