Hey, Gang Heavy's back. The ball and chain fluke rig is a great rig that utilizes your weight as a hook bait. I like to use the top hook for a live bait as it adds more appeal to the rig. The use of glow in the dark ball and squids adds another attractant to the rig and can make it deadly on big fluke
